yes it will, i was thinking of that aswell when i saw my 8800gs saying 384mb gddr3 but it works i thinks its cus the motherboard supports the 16x speed thing

there diffrent types of memory for your board to use and ur gpu to use. it will support up to gddr5 if u get the hd3870 stuff

Hey mate, great video. I have a great concern about this video card I just ordered. It says on the box "512MB GDDR3" but my memory is only DDR2, plus my motherboard only supports DDR2. Will I still be able to run it?Thanks.

Did you get the ram to run at 1066mhz??it wont in 1305 or 1303 bios :(900mhz was my best....

did you had any problem with the mother board cause i got the same motherboard with the same zalman 9700, 1000w supply but when i put it ak together the leds on the mother board turned on but the motherboard doesnt turn on at all no sign of powers on the fans or anything |
