Yeah, it's not a movie, it's an British sci-fi series called Dr Who, this is the second and third series I believe where Rose (Billie Pipers) characters has been separated from the Time Lord after a battle between Humans, Daleks and Cybermen which has resulted in her being trapped in an alternate dimension.
