Federal government has the duty to run our military in the constitution. It doesn't say how it should be run. If part of doing that is giving veterans rewards and recognition in the form of medals then so be it. "voted against Rosa Parks Medal" yes, because constitution does not authorize it. Again he is sticking with his principles and congressional oath to uphold and follow constitution. Ron Paul said it himself that Rosa Parks was a hero for her civil disobediance, and to honor her he proposed that each congressman gives 100$ of own money. He was the only one willing to do it.Shows that other congressmen will only be generous with taxpayers money and not their own.

Dr. No is a complement. "Gay rights" is another collectivism agenda. You don't get rights for belonging to a certain group, you get them as individuals. Look at issues in terms of who has the authority to regulate them, partneriships? marrage? States issue : 10th amendment. Adoptions? where does it say it is your right to adopt a child? If the adoption clinic decides you are not fit for raising a child it's not govt's problem but a dispute between you and the clinic.
