4 Senators at 0:14? The Australian Constitution states: "Section 22 - Quorum - Until the Parliament otherwise provides, the presence of at least one-third of the whole number of the senators shall be necessary to constitute a meeting of the Senate for the exercise of its powers." Of course the key phrase is, "Until the Parliament otherwise provides". I just wonder how they corrupted the Constitution to achieve the need not to have a 1/3 of the senators in the house to make a quorum?
