Fox has admitted that he takes *a lot* of medication for appearances such as this - possibly too much, but when he wants to make a point about the effects of Parkinson's he'll deliberately lay off the meds to show people something closer to the full effect. My Grandfather had Parkinsons, so I've seen what it does and I can assure you that at no point has MJF "faked" anything.
