Whoa easy there. What's wrong with Rock Band? It's a great tool for artists to gain a wider fanbase, there are a lot of great artists that I first heard of through Guitar Hero/Rock Band, this being one, so I don't know how more people enjoying the same music ruins it for anyone.

This is how they audition for musicals and plays. Change of light, change of expression. To look for expression and talent. Its part of the music video. The wet hair is a way to relieve stress.
