and also looking at the way she plays "ribattute" on 0:30 (repeated E notes, both hands, alternating fingers) you can tell she has strong classical foundations

that articulation is the way I've been taught by my first classical teacher. We used Rossomandi's technique books, following Naples' conservatory program of study.
