I am in favor of an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that requires a license in order to have a baby. In order to be granted a license, both partners must show proof of general decency and common sense. If it is believed their baby will be a burden on society, no license will be granted. Unlicensed fetuses will be removed to the crematory.
