Your wrong - not all. I grew up on 60's and 70's soul, Jazz, Funk and Latin. I often here tracks that I know the original. There has always been an underground scene in the UK into lots of the original stuff - Northern Soul, Jazzfunk and Rare Groove being the most popular. I'll grant you that there has been others that have been "re-discovered" by some individuals (or unearthed from by crate diggers).
