Hi,I am sooo sorry for not checking in sooner! That crocheted quilt was made by my Uncle Roland (to whom the film was dedicated)more than 25yrs ago, right before he passed away (prematurely :( I am sorry that I do not know the name and that he is not alive to ask.

I'm a 49 year old male whose been knitting and crocheting for almost 38 years. These guys knit very slowly, but at least they are trying. The pool cues would be about size 17 probably, but of course, much longer. This is not the exact same leaf motif afghan as in the video, it's more elaborate, but the closest I've seen, at least for free patterns is called sculptured block afghan at the free vintage knitting website.

Loved it. On your video you show an afgan that is made in blues and creams, it has the raised four petal flower in the block. Please, please, PLEASE tell me the name of that afgan pattern. My mother used to make those when I was a kid and would love to find the pattern and make them Thanks! |
