lastfoe, completely agreed! While the whole "East vs West" "Biggie vs Pac" sideshow was going on, all of these guys (except Kanye ofcourse) were busy making the hip hop that real heads still listen to. Also think of Boot Camp, De La Soul, Tribe, Master Ace, Pete Rock, and the list goes on. Gangster Rap was like 10% of what was going on back then, but it's all these youngin's know about.
