it takes million ppls to build up a good reputation ,but take 1 to fools n destroy the whole nation...tonga take a closer look to the africa country...genocides,civil war n all those bad things..they even force the son to rape the mum...do you want tat Tonga??pls stop before it get worse..everything is start from home...need the voice of the parents to be strong!!!

hahahahahaIts such a SHAME to see Tonga like this, Chaos caused by your own fuken peoplelolz....Tongans should look at democracy in Western Samoa, its doing really well compared to Fiji, Tonga, and the rest of the Pacific...Samoa has never had problems with our leadership and we don't have a king in SAMOA, because theres only 1 king - and thats the lord Jesus Christ.......SAKA SAKA MALIE SAMOA...SAMOA MO SAMOACHEEEEEEEE HOOOOOOOOOOOO

yup samoa was the first to gain its independenec because it was colonised, however on the otherhand tonga has never been invaded and has had its independence all the time though it became a british protectorate in 1970 but thats not gaining independence

People who put down another nation or people are morally reprehensible, sad that humans are inclined to such hatred. Sadder yet is to see a beautiful nation that enjoyed centuries of peace fall to a few bullies. The biggest threat to man is man. Polynesia and its people were wrecked by Europeans, damage that is still felt today. I always imagined Tonga as a peaceful place, I really hope it finds its glory again.

i'm also really ashamed at the level of class our fellow tongans have fallen to in how they dispute matters. if you don't agree with one another, just bloody say so. do we have to rant on and on with such horrific language?! dude, what would your family say??? fakama mo'oni. i know it's difficult when your angry, but please, you can make just as good an argument without the useless vulgar language. it's just makes us look uncivilized and savage like.

that is partially true. now the monarchy could set up more programs to help Tonga and place the proper people in the correct positions (tourism,etc)and help the people to stand on their own two feet, but they don't and that is their bad. the Tongan people though have enslaved themselves by depending on overseas dollars being sent by family. they could easily plant lots of food for themselves and try to make a living, but they are living beyond their means. sad, but true. #1 income overseas$

The families of those rioters should be punished. what happened to families making sure to watch out for one another and handling your business when your kids are out of line. so sad, blame is on the parents and families too. vale! the people and gov't should make those rioters clean all that up and rebuild.
