Less people do crime in China beause the "cost" of doing it higher than that of USA. (Basic economics) You get the executed for TRYING to rape, smuggle or anything and they make your family pay for the bullet. Instead of just a slap on the wrist and a revolving door prison system.And with hostage situations they dont f around. They dont waste tax payer's money on 10 hour stand offs, or sending in some negotiator to give them a sweet deal. They just get taken DoWn in China.
