the police did nothing wrong, they call the paramedics and do the best they can, I'm not too big on defending police all the time but this case they did nothing wrong, and realize......... when you give him water it can make it worse, if he has a wax paper bag in his stomache and he swallows water it can break open and spill drugs everywhere, whereas if he is trying to throw up you give him water. they can only do so much and hes probably fine now
