Well, that explains it (although I hope a lot of my former classmates are tuning in too). Still, I don't mind the reason, if a lot of folks are watching (almost 3000 as I write this, thanks!). I think next time I'll say I came from OPRAH High School, and see if youtube will feature my video! ;)

We viewers are mostly fans of a popular actor named John Holmes, who starred in movies in the '70's and '80's. He had two movies made out of his interesting life: "Boogie Nights" and "Wonderland." When we enter "John Holmes" into the search engine, your video pops up. John would be proud.

I graduated in 73 from Creswell High and Edenton was a hang out for me. I worked with Rusty Wheeler and enjoyed seeing the photo of him in your year book. Can't wait to call him and tell him about your videos.You're right about Edenton, it is absolutely beautiful.Keep em coming.

Edenton is a small town, and a historical town. The Edenton Tea Party was a revolutionary act, and one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence was from Edenton. Also, Edenton was the first capital of North Carolina. Whatever it may lack economically, the town is a historic treasure. And I didn't mind growing up there at all.

Lived in Edenton - its lacking economically and socially. Wouldn't recommend it.

Hope you enjoy it! Edenton is a pretty wonderful place to live, I grew up there, and it's terrific for its history, it's Southern charm, its people. And the change of seasons is nice too, you get the snow but not too much and you get to see the leaves on the trees change colors in the fall. Best of luck.
