Barack Obama is not bringing the troops back until at least 3 years. If you were smart, you would do some research you would ignore that either candidate is either white or black and look at which policy will help the united state's struggling economy. All Obama's plan does is encourage unemployment by increasing welfare, a program that was originally designed to be temporary. Instead black people live off of it and demand that people on welfare get more money from doing nothing. Way to go.
