ok mr. onetesticle- first. its better to squeeze out shit than the constitution. second. the dems voted on a resolution of authorization that told buch that he had to "comply wiht all UN security council resolutions". Read the fuckin document. 99% of the public doesn't understand that no single state in the United Nations has the power or the authority to wage war on another country without UN approval. And that violates Article 6 of the constitution!
