That's just the thing. There is no "normal" so YES that's normal. ;) Some people mostly experience lows and not the highs, some people (like me) mostly experience highs and not the lows. I don't like medication, but what I recommend doing is finding a balance of medication (that works for you), once you're stable, get your life REALLY stable THEN work on a plan for getting off of medication. (Does that make sense?) Whatever you do, it's about bringing balance into your life. :)

also in my life iv had hundreds of lows but only 2 real hyps is that normal bros sorry for the questionms but i gotta wait to see a doc andim noit really doin that good right now lol

People experience different levels of the "HYPE" when they have "bipolar." There's no real science to determining whether you have it or not... Just be aware that you may need to be more careful about keeping your mind and body "in balance." :)
