if we are not using pressure cooker so for how much time we need to cook on heat and do i will know that its perfect for to take off from theheat thnx

I think you need to knead the paneer for 3 - 4 minutes until the paneer is almost smooth and rolls into a smooth ball like soft dough. Knead it by dragging the palm of your hand down hard on the paneer. Keep scooping it back to together and knead more.

helloi tried making these 3 times..but each time the rasgullas would become hard when cooled.. can u explain y this is so? i think i have kneaded the dough enough

I have a suggestion about cooling the presure cooker it might hurt the coocker when you put cool water on the hot presure coocker ,because of arkimidis theory, but it dont effect rosgullah ,arkimidis never tasted rosgullah

hello your recipes are lovely, but i was wondering do you have to use a pressure cooker for the ragullas or can you just use a normal pan and cover the pan with it lid to cook the rasgullas? |
