whiterussia444,I happen to be black and so were the duo of Sam and Dave.I'm proud of my heritage and would have had sense enough to be very proud to have the first Black man to be nominated for the President of the greatest country on earth.Steven Wonder and many 'great' stars far more famous than Sam and Dave allowed Obama to use their musie during the campaign, now they will forever be a part of history.Thank you to those stars who saw the vision & didn't try to rain on it like Sam/Dave did.

Which ever one is the one still alive and sent a message to the Obama campaign to stop using this song as a pep song at his rallies is just plain dumb. I used to love this song, but it shall forever stand for singer that is just plain niggerish and dumb. Guess he missed his invitation to the white house, but Obama had enough friends withouth this fool to still make it to the white house. As for the innaugaration "hold On - cause Sam and Dave will NOT be coming"
