this type of work out has been done in my weight lifting class and is only for advance lifters. there is a easier version i just dont really remember how it went. u do not wanna try this if a "work out" is something u don't do a lot! lol

It's 300. You do the kettlebell (second to last exercise, also known as a "single arm clean and press") with each arm. 1 set of 25 for each arm for a total of 50.

it took me 45minutes to do that.... HARD AS SHIT! i want to be able able to do that in 35 minutes by 2 months!

no you are right this workout isnt meant for out of shape people id say you need to be physically active for atleast 1-2 months solid before aptempting something like this..and my class waswe were doing cardio training weight lifting andsuper set techniques for almost two months 3 times a week before we did the 300 workout |
