I don't see how she's the same as Winehouse. Kate Moss was photographed taking drugs once 3 years ago - which is wrong but doesn't make her an addict she was probably a casual user - and she hasn't had any legal or drug related problems since whereas Amy Winehouse is a drug addict who has been arrested multiple times in the past few years for drug taking and assault.
