There are a few images in this that i saw a long time ago, the negative relief double spiral motif carved in the rock is only used this way by my ancestors and on these rocks.. were they from ireland? I have seen a photo of a maori Karetao puppet doll that was found in one of the tombs there. do you know of this?

I wish to thank the various folks commenting. I appreciate you. I would like to let the viewers know that I, video creator, lived in Switzerland, Germany, England, Scotland, Denmark, Sweden, and 20 others. I spent 4 years FULL TIME studying all things related to Celtic history. I've read every book I could find, and that's alot. I am not interested in Nationalism. I feel sympathy for those who have suffered. I am half German, and half Irish.

Irish Art, sometimes called Celtic art, is, as has been stated, a mix of all the art forms from the greater area and all the peoples. Celtic art, La Tene, is much simpler. The contribution of the Norse and Saxon etc are obvious in todays "Celtic Art".

Still, Celtic was a culture. It spread all over. Celtic is not so much a race. America is not a race, though it may have a main race or starting race, sortof. Now it is all races. Celtic is really a way of giving a name to Bronze Age Central and Western Europe. The most lasting remnants are on the Western fringes, hence the focus on it there. |
