How could a beautiful angel like that be so insecure? She was humble beyond means, because I know there are millions out there that would be conceited if they were that beautiful. An angel like that doesn't deserve the pain she went through!

You clearly prove that you know nothing about the issue of stuttering. Just look at the amounts of stutterers such as myself who have never got some kind of damage or whatever. It's way more complicated. Read the Wikipedia.

It's myth that a genius mind could have the 'condition' of stuttering. Temporarily, one could stutter, but as a 'condition', it's a serious problem. It's caused by the altering of perception, effecting the way in which one thinks in various locations of the brain. Trauma can cause stuttering temporarily, until the area of the brain that processed the traumatic input recovers, it may be hard to perceive there, thus thinking gets temporarily redirected. Only DAMAGE causes permanent stuttering.

Check the list of famous stutterers. Marilyn is listed in each of those listings along with James Earl Jones, Winston Churchill, Julia Roberts, Bruce Willis, Isaac Newton, Charles Darwin, Scatman John, Rowan Atkinson etc. etc. etc.Stuttering is very wide-ranged issue. Not everyone suffering from it has the same problem. She got along well and overcame it.

Not true. Breathy voice came from playing dumb blondes. No stuttering. She was feeling sick during this performance, and that's it!

Very few people know that, but Marilyn Monroe had a speech issue called "Stuttering". Her breathy voice was a result of a trick a speech therapist taught her and she did very well using it consequently. The men back then thought she wanted to be erotic, but in fact she tried hard to overcome her stuttering. Kind of ironic, but true.I don't know how she sounded when she stuttered because this seemingly just happened in her private life or when she was much younger.
