I have my cake fruiting in a rubermaid box with pleanty of humidity. It's been in there for 6 days and the cake is covering itself in a white growth but no sign of pin heads yet. Am i doing everyting right or am I just being impatient. the room temp is 76 and it sits near a window for indirct sunlight. Help!

My advice is to not drill holes in your terrarium instead fan all the c02 a few times a day, dunk or soak them in distilled water for 24 hours then roll it in vermiculite, alos incubate them at about 75 degrees, not 86 like they want you to believe, after they are colonized leave them in the jar for 1 week... not in that order
