No matter what, it will always be Hungarian! The map of the world changes. Many British now live abroad, parts of Spain have more of them than native Spanish. Does that make it part of the UK? Of course not!

stop calling the second name this city has only 1 name Cluj-Napoca because it's romanian city Transylvania is part of Romania and we are proud of Cluj and the beauty of all the transylvanian cities...Transylvania is the region which makes Romania proud of it...and Cluj is 81% romanins in case you didn;t know check wikipedia for more imformation Transylvania is actually with more romanians except 2 counties: Harghita and Covasna which have more hungarians...
