swamped with many-many cases.the Incarcerated have very LIMITED time with their lawyer and lawyers don't have the time to talk to them let alone research the case. They don't even have anywhere near the resources or man-power that the prosecutors have. Jail conditions really are not clean, food is not healthy.its alot of fat to make it appear you are being fed well. We'd really be more humane to just kill the incarerated at this point. Oh wait then they wouldn't get the money for them..

County jails are a whole other story..Just think before you speak. Everything you say or don't say has an impact. Make sure it spreads the right message. It really is sad..And don't forget about the GOOD COs that have have to watch it. The bad cos start problems and use it as there personal entertainment. Alot of times people have to stay in prison or jail because they can't get bond for whatever reason until the case is resolved and the system is slow, unorganized, for profit, and lawyers are

Alot of you have no clue what its all about. You see movies and that's what you 'know'. It's more complicated than you think. Yes some are just plain bad people but not all (maybe 50/50). Alot are just lost souls but they have more humanity, understanding, and courage than you'd think..There is more than just one story Not all are cold blooded serial killers. Did you know some people are in prison for life because back in the 50's and 60's had a gram of pot?
