Brynhilde, you can't think like that. You can eventually play quite well if you keep playing.Take a look at some other guitarist on YouTube that are hobbiests with it. In particular I recommend checking out KabukiBear83 as an example. He's only been playing for 6-7 years, but he arranges all the pieces he plays. His version of Radical Dreamers in particular is amazing.Don't be so hard on yourself, as you said, you've only been playing for one year.

Actually I would be curious to know what would Herman Li say for this guitar playing method and if he would be able to remake it. Or these two guys would play together! Acoustic thing obviously!

That puts every single musical composer on exactly the same level. Does that mean if only one person likes a song I wrote I'm as great as Mozart or Beethoven or Bach? I really hope we'd have more respect for composers who continue to amaze people with their music after hundreds of years.
