haha dude just cause you do the olympic lifts doesnt mean you are doing powerlifting. and dont think just because chuck liddell and bj penn do crossfit that you can fight. and dont try to make up crap about chuck doing it his whole career cause he doesnt have stamina anyways. he gets wins by lucky counter punches. and why dont you bring that crossfit crap to westisde barbell. i bet theyd throw a 100lb plate at you. something you guys would never see in a crossfit gym

o no...dont hurt me...im not arguing what you can or cant do, because nothing can be proven so i dont give a shit. im not saying im in better shape then you, im saying there are some crossfitters that would probably be in better shape then you. The only reason i bring the seals up is that the crossfit trainer i train with is a seal and is in great shape

youre an idiot. i was with a batallion reconnaissance unit in the marines... i know the seals use crossfit and that shit is still gay! and please just because you play socom doesnt mean you know what seals do. dont talk about shit you know nothing about! train with recon marines and you will fucking die crossfit has nothing ON ME!
