As mcfiredrill said, he could probably use that for something else. And did you notice that he didn't use the buckles from that bag? He used the seat belt and the five dollar ones he bought. (why would he use the other ones if he bought those other two for five dollars?) And this wasn't about going green in the first place, it's just about making a weekend project.

ok thats great but did anyone catch he using the backpack buckles. If hes going green as one may call it....why doesn't he just use the thrift store backpack? Sometimes we get so caught up in trying to do good we kinda loose track of the purpose of what one was doing in the first place. I love the Earth. I respect the earth but damn dude did you not think about that?

That's very cool. The material created looks similar to the material used for garden rubbish bags which is highly durable. |
