Actually, Dragons Forever was also co-directed by Corey Yuen, and Yuen Biao is also credited as a choreographer. So not all the credit goes to Sammo.

Yuen Wah also doubled Bruce Lee for the flips in Fist Of Fury (The Chinese Connection in the US).For the whirlwind kick Jackie was actually doubled by Chin Kar-Lok (in some prints of the film there's a slow-motion version of this kick preceding the full-speed one we see here, but it was cut from many prints presumably because you could clearly see it wasn't Jackie). Yuen Biao has doubled Jackie on quite a few other occasions in other movies.

A lot of the quality of that fight (and the Wheels On Meals entry) is down to the brilliance of the action choreographer, Sammo Hung. Jackie was always at his martial arts best and most powerful when Sammo choreographed him.
