I agree with all that you say but , alcohol has been a problem for me for a long time. I was off of alcohol for 3 years from September 2002 to October 2005 but succumbed from "social pressure" in ST.Eulalia Ibiza where alcohol is available all over the place. I really want to get off of it again, but fucking can't !!!!

I agree with you. While I know I am an alcoholic and a drug addict I do not think AA has helped me. I think living life and making smart decisions works for me. What truly got me clean was the realization that everytime I used, terrible things happened. After awhile I realized that all I needed to do was remember those experiences and thats what keeps me sober. Hopefully that makes sense

I like your video and I checked out your website. I also know you have to support your program and the work I'm sure it does. Is there any way you can share more explicitly the way by which we can cure our minds? These supplements/foods must be available... Is it just a matter of eating more greens and less processed food? That's the feeling I got... Orthomolecular? Throw us some bones beyond AA doesnt work.

the 'disease concept' of regarding alcoholism that the cult of AA promotes, is a lie which is why AA doesn't work for over 97% of people who join.

this is becuase you have not HEALED the root cause in the damaged neuroendocrine system. Many who quit drinking unknowingly CONTINUE the damage to this very delicate system responsible for NATURALLY sufficiently self-medicating you with the natural feel goods (beta endorphins, serotonin, GABA and dopamine. We are not encouraging you to drink after healing this system either. When CURED - you do not desire to drink because you are symptom free. That is the misconception about a true cure.

I agree with much of what you say. However, I also know from personal experiance that if I EVER drink alcohol it sets me off on a very vicious and fast descent into daily drinking, and my life rapidly falls to pieces. My body/mind just cannot deal with that molecule.
