P.S. I can see the building that I lived in while I was there. The 32nd floor of the Hawaiian Regency Towers on Date St.

I lived on Oahu for 14 years and experienced many things that most haoles would never be allowed to participate in. I suppose I am considered a kama'aina. Coming back to the mainland was a big mistake. I'd love to return, but one can never really turn back the hands of time. Things would never be what it used to be.

I hope I can go there someday before I die.

I'd prefer Maui over Oahu any day.

We had our wedding in Hawaii. One of the greatest and best decisions my wife and I made to do our wedding!!! We are going to make it a tradition to go to Hawaii every year!! See you Hawaii in 2009!!!

I lived on Oahu from 2003-2007. With the exception of one really rainy month around May 2006 where all the streets flooded, Oahu (where Honolulu and Waikiki are located) is very beautiful and sunny. Even if it rains, it usually clears up the same day. Yes, the islands are really this beautiful. The hot sand will burn your feet so buy some slippahs while you are there =) Gooo!!!
