without wanting to get into a stupid internet arguement, there are many states for whom English is the or one of the official languages. The best examples would be Zimbabwe and South Africa. English is also the language of the state in India as there are too many regional languages. So lets dish out random badly spelled abuse... in fact: Thou shalt not dish out ridiculous abuse on the internet, especially when getting your information wrong
