i'm learning this piece at the moment and it is soo incredible hard. But to play like he does, that's almost impossible. incredible performance, very fast, but he has everything under control. amazing!!

I have no idea why...but facially, he kind of reminds me of the Liszt virtuoso Cziffra-just a very tanned version. lol

well I will be pianoless for some months as they are working on my house (thanks to hurricane gustav). When I move back I will try to relearn it after I remaster moonlight sonata. I have been in and out of piano.. starting n stopping.. but I do have the sheet music for this song. I asked my teacher when i was a freshman in high school after this guy who played paino for one year played it. He was a prodigy.

Getting it memorized is actually easier than you think. But, you need a real good piano to get this piece singing to you. This piece can fool you. Thinkin you can play it fast doesn't mean your playing it good. A lot of people think this piece is simple because they learned it quickly.

yea,but not as fast as himum.. it took me about 1 month to play the whole music perfectly but slowly (i started with a slow tempo to make sure i can play every single note)and it took me about 2 months to learn to play the whole music with proper dynamics (i.e. accent,cresc,etc)and i'm still working on the tempo now,i can play fast,but sometimes it screwed,loli'm sure you can,just practice :)
