Btw, the Niterói museum was designed by Oscar Niemeyer.

The place at 3:50 is the Museum of Contemporary Art (Museu de Arte Contemporânea), in Niterói, Brazil. Niterói is a middle town located just accross the Guanabara Bay from Rio de Janeiro. All other footage takes place in Brazil too. I can recognize the Santa Teresa neighboorhood in Rio, with its traditional yellow tram, slopes, old buildings and street artists; and Brazilia, with its modern buildings also by Niemeyer. I'm Brazilian, by the way. ;)
